WHAT QUALIFIES TOWARDS EARNING REWARDS?
- Reserve directly through the resort or a travel agent to qualify. Reservations made via wholesale partners qualify towards the Hiker tier only.
- For guests of weddings and social events who are part of a room block and are paying individually, room spend qualifies towards earning benefits.
- Corporate and contracted group reservations do not qualify.
- Qualifying spend is based on room rate only. Room tax does not count toward spend.
- Available for qualifying stays arriving January 1, 2024 and later.
HOW DO I ENROLL?
- Enrollment is automatic based on qualifying stays; there's no need to sign up.
WHAT RATES DOES THE MEMBER DISCOUNT APPLY TO?
- The member discount can be applied to our Best Flexible Rate, Advance Purchase Rate, and Seasonal Rate.
- Visit our Specials page to see our current Seasonal Rate (noted in rate plan disclaimer).
- Member benefits are not combinable with other hotel collection benefits.
- Cannot be applied toward any contracted reservations or group room blocks.
HOW DO I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY MEMBER DISCOUNT?
- Call our reservations team at 855.485.1417 to reserve.
- The discount must be applied at time of booking, and you must book directly through the resort.
WHEN CAN I START REDEEMING REWARDS?
- Benefits are activated upon completion of qualifying stays (activation does not begin mid-stay).
- Benefits are earned within a calendar year.
- Once earned, benefits may be redeemed through the following calendar year.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
- The Mountaineer food-and-drink credit is one time, not nightly.
- Loyalty program is subject to change and cancelation after each calendar year is completed. Rewards earned in one calendar year will be honored the following calendar year.
