Hammock/Classic Yoga

Ideal for improving balance and core stability, this class is a great introduction to aerial yoga. The hammock offers excellent support while you move through advanced sequences. Or, practice your Downward Dog on your floor mat.

Originally designed to keep dancers in top condition, Pilates is known for improving posture and building long and lean muscles. Most sequences will be done on the reformer, with some floor work included to round things out.

This class utilizes hang points in the ceiling with special straps to build incredible strength throughout the entire body. Difficulty can be easily managed by the instructor and the applications are endless, from golf to functional strength and beyond.
