Exercising in water has long been a favored staple of everyone from professional athletes to those recovering from injuries. Enjoy increased flexibility with less wear on joints and fluid resistance to gradually build cardiovascular function, balance and strength.


TRX


This class utilizes hang points in the ceiling with special straps to build incredible strength throughout the entire body. Difficulty can be easily managed by the instructor and the applications are endless, from golf to functional strength and beyond.
